When one of Lebanon's most renowned delicatessen stores exchanged hands, Paragon was called in for the post-purchase business plan. Within scope was market assessment of key cities in the U.K. and U.S. in order to evaluate project potential. Paragon's financial modeling greatly shaped the brand's forward direction.  

Lebanon’s Potable Water Market

The viability of introducing the 19 – liter potable water gallon in Lebanon was first studied by Paragon. This segment is now rampant, representing an increasingly dominant share of the potable water market. Separately, Paragon conducted an in-depth study of the bottled water market in Lebanon in preparation for investment in new bottling plants

Various Feasibility Studies on FMCG Goods Production

Paragon was engaged on several occasions to study the financial feasibility of producing FMCG products both in Lebanon and various African countries, of which mayonnaise, baking powder, biscuits and wafers, insecticides, and many more.   

The Market for Frozen Foods 

On several occasions, Paragon was contracted to study the market for frozen food products in order to determine market viability for new entrants. In one instance, Paragon was commissioned by KPMG Lebanon to survey the logistics involved in raw materials planning and finished goods delivery at leading fast food outlets, in preparation for the launch of a number of points of sales by the leader in poultry production, TANMIA.

Neighborhood Convenience Store Roll-Out

Mandated for a detailed geographic and demographic study to gauge the demand potentials for Neighborhood convenience stores at each of 16 locations in Lebanon’s key cities, Paragon compiled the equity placement Business Plan for this promising venture.
